More than twenty years across asset servicing, banking, payments, SaaS and private-equity-backed businesses — building and transforming finance organizations while working directly with CEOs, boards and investment sponsors.
The two CFO roles were Suede / Merchant Industry and Valor PayTech, both PE-backed. Beyond standing the function up, that meant quality of earnings, sponsor and lender reporting, and carrying acquisition integration through close.
Before that, CFO of Asset Servicing at BNY, improving margin by 10% on a $7 billion revenue division through cost discipline and profitability modeling — following FP&A, pricing and strategy leadership roles at BNY Pershing, TSYS, Barclays and RBS. Her career began in audit at PwC, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
